Pivotal Insights is built by people who implement ERP systems for a living and kept watching budgets get rebuilt in spreadsheets after every go-live.
Why we built it
Small and mid-sized companies outgrow spreadsheet budgets long before they can justify enterprise planning software. There used to be reasonable options in between, such as FRx Forecaster for Dynamics GP. Those products were discontinued years ago. That left two choices: planning software priced for large enterprises, or Excel.
With Excel, the usual result is a workbook per department, a week of merging, and actuals pasted in by hand each month.
We built Pivotal Insights to be that middle ground again. The budget and the reports sit on the same ledger as the ERP, every manager can take part, and the price does not climb with each new user.
Who we are
Pivotal Insights is a product of Pivotal Ridge Solutions, an ERP and finance consulting firm in Madison, Wisconsin. Our consultants set up every client, so the people who configure your plan understand your chart of accounts.
